Phenolic resin coated BWP Grade Plywood

Amongst all the shuttering plywoods available in the market, Durocoat is the most economical and versatile. This is a BWP grade plywood coated on both sides with an extra thick phenolic resin, which forms a highly moisture and weather resistant encapsulation. It is extra durable, extra smooth, ready to use and does not require any finishing or painting. It makes even underwater installation of panels feasible.Durocoat can be used for building exposed cabins, dairy booths and kiosks, as panel inserts in panelled door shutters. It is an excellent shuttering material when making concrete exteriors which do not need additional plastering.

Durocoat is manufactured in accordance to IS : 4990 : 93.
