Constructions require plywood that can be ideally used repeatedly as shuttering material. Derbyply is manufactured by bonding select hardwood veneers with Phenol Formaldehyde  synthetic resin.It is further treated with permanent type preservatives under high temperature and vacuum pressureas per IS : 5539 to impregnate chemicals in it to make it a perfect all weather proof and construction grade plywood. It is termite and borer proof. It can also withstand 72 hours of immersion in boiling water without any sign of delamination.Since, Derbyply has high reuse properties and can be safely employed in centering and shuttering work, it provides greater economy than steel and timber shuttering plates.
